Naldehra Building Centre

Naldehra Building Centre is situated at No. 1370 in the HIG Flats of the Housing Board Colony in Sector - 29. It is a bit different because we are operating out of a residential colony area rather than a big industrial park. This means it is usually a bit quieter around here compared to the main roads. We have stacks of papers and folders regarding different building projects and materials. The space is a bit tight because we have to fit a lot of information and samples into a flat. Sometimes the hallways have a few boxes waiting to be moved. We talk to a lot of people who are looking to fix up their homes or start new small buildings nearby. It feels more like a local office where you can sit down and talk about what you need. There is no big flashy sign, just our spot in the colony. We drink a lot of tea while going over plans and figures. The neighbors know us, and we try not to make too much noise when things are being delivered. It is a straightforward way of working. We don't have a giant warehouse here, so we focus more on the planning and the supply side of things. It is just a normal flat that we turned into our workspace so we can stay close to the local building activity in Sector - 29.
