Our workshop is at Plot E-36 in Sanjay Colony, which is part of Sector-23. It’s a busy area with lots of small workshops and factories all lined up. We work with printing machinery, so the place usually smells like oil and metal. It’s a bit of a noisy neighborhood, but that’s just how things are in Sanjay Colony. Our workshop is full of tools, spare parts, and machines in various states of being fixed. It’s not the kind of place where you’d want to wear a clean shirt. We spend our days getting our hands dirty, adjusting gears, and fixing rollers. We’ve been in this spot for a long time, and we know most of the people on our street. Sometimes we go over to the neighbor's shop to borrow a specific wrench, and they do the same with us. It’s a small team here, just a few of us who understand how these old printing presses work. We don't have a fancy office or a secretary. If the phone rings, whoever is closest to it picks it up. We aren't interested in being a big corporation. We just like fixing things and making sure the machines we work on are running right. Most of our customers are local printers who have been coming to us for years. It’s a simple, honest way to make a living.
