Satya Zone Properties

Satya Zone Properties is based over in South City 1. We’re situated quite close to Unitech House, so if you know that landmark, you can find us pretty quickly. We’ve been operating out of this area for a good while. South City 1 is a nice part of town, though it can get quite congested during the rush hours. Our office isn't anything spectacular. It's just a functional space where we keep our files and meet with people who are looking to buy or rent something in the vicinity. We spend a lot of time walking through the different blocks and checking on houses. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. We don't have a big team of fancy consultants. It's just us and our phones. We know most of the security guards and the local residents because we’re out and about so much. Some days we don't get a single call, and other days the phone won't stop ringing. That’s just the way it goes in real estate. We try to keep track of all the listings on a big whiteboard we have in the back. It’s a bit old-fashioned, but it works for us. We aren't trying to change the world or do anything huge. We just help people find a place to stay in South City 1 and try to make sure the paperwork is mostly correct. It's just a regular local business where we try to do our best with what we have each day.
