Sarvodaya Hospital

Being located near ESI Hospital on YMCA Road makes Sarvodaya Hospital a very familiar spot for anyone living in Sector-8. We are tucked in right there, and the atmosphere is always a bit hectic. There’s a lot of coming and going throughout the day. We have been working out of this building for quite some time, and it shows its age in some corners, but it’s sturdy. The doctors here don’t wear fancy suits, they’re usually in scrubs or white coats that have seen a lot of use. We don’t have a polished speech about what we do. Mostly, we just check people in, look at what’s wrong, and try to fix it. The waiting room chairs are basic, and the walls are a simple color. We focus more on having the right medicine and tools ready. The neighborhood is loud, especially with the traffic on YMCA Road, but inside we try to keep some order. Every day is a mix of people coming in for checkups and others who have an emergency. We don’t turn people away if we can help them. It’s just the daily grind of a local hospital. Sometimes we run out of tea in the breakroom because we’re too busy to go out and buy more. That’s just life here. We’re just regular people trying to help other regular people get better and stay that way for a long time.
