Sarvodaya Hospital & Research Center

Out here in Sector-8, the hospital and research center takes up a good bit of space. It’s a large building, and sometimes it feels like a maze if you aren't used to the layout. We have different wings for different things, and the hallways are long and painted a dull white. People come here from all over the sector and beyond. Because we have the research side of things too, there are always some folks in lab coats walking around with clipboards looking very focused. The main waiting hall has a high ceiling which makes it feel a bit cold in the winter months. We have a lot of benches, but they still fill up pretty fast on clinic days. You can hear the hum of the machines throughout the building if you listen closely. It’s a busy environment where something is always happening, whether it's a delivery at the back dock or a new patient arriving at the front. The staff tries their best to keep things organized, but in a place this size, there's always a bit of chaos. We spend a lot of time on our feet. The cafeteria is usually the loudest spot, especially around noon when everyone takes a break. It’s just a big, functional place where the goal is to keep things moving and make sure the charts are updated. It’s not fancy, but it’s where the work gets done every day. We manage okay.
