If you are looking for Sarthi Properties, we are right on Delhi Road. We’re inside the Ganpati Complex, which is a pretty well-known building because it is directly opposite the Payal Cinema. That makes it easy to give people directions. The complex itself is always moving with people coming and going. Our space is unit number 3. It’s a functional office where we do our day-to-day work. The road outside stays quite loud with the traffic heading into town, but we’ve gotten used to the noise over the years. We spend our mornings catching up on paperwork and the afternoons meeting whoever walks through the door. There’s a lot of activity near the cinema, especially in the evenings, so it feels like we’re in the middle of everything. The office has seen better days, maybe needs a fresh coat of paint, but it works for us. We keep a pot of tea going most of the time. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll see people in suits every day. We’re more about just getting the job done and helping people find what they need. Most of our day is spent on the phone or looking over local listings. It’s a busy spot, and we like being where the action is. Having the cinema across the street is a good landmark, so nobody ever really gets lost trying to find our office in the complex.
