We're located over in Sushant Lok, right across from Uniworld Garden. Specifically at H-4 in Phase I. It's a busy part of town with a lot of people moving in and out constantly. Our office isn't much to look at, just a practical space where we handle the daily grind. We deal with houses in Phase I and Phase III mostly. It’s a lot of walking and talking. Sometimes the keys get mixed up, or a landlord changes their mind at the last minute, which can be frustrating for everyone. We try to keep track of all the listings on a big whiteboard we have in the back room. People stop in after seeing the sign near the gardens. We talk about the local rents and which blocks are better for families with kids. It’s not a fancy operation. We don't wear suits or have big meetings in glass boardrooms. Usually, it's just one of us sitting here with a phone and a notebook. We’ve seen the property prices go up and down over the years, and we just tell people what the current situation is. It’s busy work because there are always new people looking for a spot near the main roads. We spend a lot of time checking on empty houses to make sure everything is okay. It’s just how we spend our days, helping folks find a home.
