Sahni Property Promotors is located in Acharya Puri. We are about at the 7th Milestone coming from near Badshah Pur. It’s a bit of a drive out, but it’s a good location for seeing how the land is being used. Badshah Pur is a major landmark for anyone trying to find us. Out here, things feel a bit more open than in the middle of the city. We spend our time looking at various plots and helping people understand the layout of the land in Acharya Puri. Our office is a simple building, nothing too fancy. We have a big table where we spread out the maps. It’s often dusty because of the construction nearby, but that’s a sign that things are happening. We aren't corporate people with polished shoes. We wear boots because we are often out in the fields or walking on dirt roads to look at property. People come to us because we know the milestones and the local boundaries. We just sit down and have a chat about what they need. There is no pressure here. We just provide the information we have and let people make their own minds up. It’s a quiet way of doing business, but it suits the area near the 7th Milestone. We just keep our heads down and do our jobs. It’s how things have always been done at the 7th Milestone for us.
