Sahil Properties

We are Sahil Properties, located at house number 1603 in Sector 10. We are very close to the Telephone Exchange, which is a big landmark around here. If you find the exchange, you’re basically at our doorstep. Sector 10 is a fairly quiet area, which we like. The office is part of the building, so it feels more like a home than a cold business office. We have a few files, a computer that works when it wants to, and plenty of chairs for visitors. Most of our neighbors know us. We’ve been looking at properties in this sector for a long time. Whether it’s a small plot or a bigger house, we usually know who owns what. It’s not a high-pressure environment here. We sit, drink some tea, and talk about the local market. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other times it’s quiet for hours. That’s just how the property business goes in a place like this. We don’t have a big marketing budget or flashy signs. Just a board outside so people know where to turn. It’s a practical way to run things. We stay honest about what we know and what we don't. Dealing with property in Sector 10 keeps us busy enough. We just take it one day at a time and try to be useful to the folks around here. That’s the way it is.
