S P L Properties

S P L Properties is located right on Central Avenue Road in South City 1. We are very close to Unitech House, which most people around here use as a landmark when they are trying to find our office. It is a decent spot to be because there is always something going on in this part of town. I usually get to the desk early and start checking the new listings that came in overnight. It is just me and a couple of others who help out with the paperwork and the keys. We handle a lot of different properties, some big and some small, mostly right here in the South City area. The road gets pretty crowded during office hours, so parking can be a bit of a gamble if you do not know the side streets. We have a small desk where we sit and talk to anyone who walks in looking for a rental or wanting to sell their plot. It isn't a polished corporate environment or anything like that. We have some old chairs and a coffee machine that works most of the time. We know the neighbors and the local shops, and we just try to keep things moving along for everyone. It is practical work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. If you see us out on the road, we are probably on our way to show a house to a family.
