If you head over to DLF City Phase II, you’ll find us in the basement of building M/4/10. We are located right near the Convergys call centre, which means there are always people moving around the area at all hours. S N K Real Estate has been operating from this little spot for quite a while. Being in a basement might seem a bit odd to some folks, but it stays nice and cool during the summer months and it’s quiet enough to actually talk to people without all the street noise getting in the way. We mostly focus on the houses and offices around this specific part of Gurgaon. It’s a very fast-paced area, and things tend to get snatched up quickly. I spend a lot of my time on the phone checking if listings are actually still available. It can be a bit frustrating when things change at the last minute, but that is just how the real estate world works. We don't use any fancy software or do those big corporate presentations. Usually, it's just a map spread out on the old desk and some handwritten notes. We know which blocks have the better water supply and where the traffic gets really bad during the morning rush. It’s that kind of local knowledge that helps people the most. We aren't a huge company, just a small team trying to help neighbors find a decent place to live or work.
