S D Real Estate is located on the second floor at Rz-B1/2 on Pankha Road. We’re in the Raghu Nagar area, right near Milan Sweets. Most people know the sweet shop, so it’s easy to tell them where to go. You have to walk up to the second floor to find us. It’s a modest office. We don’t have an elevator, so we get our exercise every day. The view of Pankha Road from the window is always interesting because there is so much going on down there. We’ve got our desks set up near the light. It’s not a fancy corporate office with a receptionist. Usually, one of us just looks up from our computer when someone walks in. We deal with a lot of paperwork and phone calls throughout the day. Raghu Nagar is a lively place, and being near Milan Sweets means there’s always a good smell of food in the air. We’ve been here for a bit and we’ve gotten used to the noise of the traffic. It’s a practical location for what we do. We don't have a lot of bells and whistles. We just focus on the properties and the people who come to see us. It’s a small room, but it’s where everything happens for us. We keep it straightforward. Sometimes the stairs feel long at the end of the day, but being right on Pankha Road makes it easy for everyone to reach us without getting lost or stuck in side alleys.
