Ryan International School

This school is located at No 21B in Sector 21B of Faridabad. It is a pretty large campus compared to some of the smaller centers in the area. We have a lot of ground to cover every day, from the front gates to the back of the playing fields. The morning rush here is something else, with buses and cars coming in from all over the sector. We’ve got a lot of classrooms, and they stay full throughout the day. It’s a busy environment where there is always something going on, whether it's a sports practice or just kids moving between rooms. The hallways can get quite loud during the breaks, but that is expected with so many students in one place. We don't really do anything fancy in terms of our daily operations. We just follow the schedule and make sure the teachers have what they need for their classes. Faridabad is a fast-paced city, and we try to keep up with that energy. The maintenance crew is always busy fixing something, whether it’s a leaky tap or a broken desk. We aren't trying to be anything we're not; we are just a big school in a busy part of town. Most of us have been working here for a long time, so we know the shortcuts and the best places to sit when it's quiet. It's a lot of management, but we just take it one day at a time.
