Doon Bharti Public Senior Secondary School

Sehatpur is a busy little corner of Faridabad, and Doon Bharti Public Senior Secondary School is right in the thick of it. If you’re looking for us, you just follow the main road until you see the blue gate. It’s a tall building with several floors, and the stairs are always full of noise between classes. We have a lot of students packed in here, so it never really stays quiet until late in the evening. The walls are covered in some old charts and a few drawings the younger kids made a while back. We don’t have a lot of fancy equipment, just the standard stuff like benches that have seen a lot of use and cupboards that sometimes get stuck. The staff here is a mix of people who have been around for decades and some newer faces. We mostly talk about the traffic on the way in or the latest changes in the local neighborhood. It’s not a shiny place you’d see in a magazine, just a regular school where we try to keep things organized. The courtyard is small, so the kids have to take turns during their break time. We just try to get through the day’s schedule without too much trouble. It’s a bit crowded and loud sometimes, but that’s just how life is in this part of Faridabad. We’re just here doing our bit every day.
