You can find Roshan Dept Store over at Shop No.111-112 in Sector 8 of Faridabad. We are right in the middle of the Huda Market area, which stays pretty lively most days of the week. Having two shop numbers means we have a bit more room than some of the other places nearby, but we still manage to fill it all up with stock. We carry all sorts of department store items, mostly the things families around Sector 8 need for their daily lives. The market is a good place to be, though parking can be a bit of a headache for people sometimes. We spend a lot of our time just checking the boxes and putting things on the shelves. It’s not a polished corporate place; it’s just a local shop where we know a lot of the customers by name. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird noise, and the floor could probably use a better scrub, but we keep things moving. We’ve seen other shops come and go in Huda Market, but we’ve stayed put in this spot. People come in for a bit of everything, and we just try to have it ready for them. There is no fancy mission here, just opening up every day and making sure the inventory is right. It’s a lot of work keeping two shop spaces organized, but we manage it one day at a time.
