You can find us over in Sector 37 Phase VI. We are right near that DTDC courier shop, which is usually how people find their way to us the first time. Being opposite Plot No 52-53 makes it pretty simple to explain the location over the phone. Here at Riya Real Estate, we spend most of our time dealing with the local houses and plots in this part of town. It is a lot of walking around and showing people different spots. Sometimes the keys get mixed up or a gate is stuck, but we figure it out eventually. We are not a big corporation with hundreds of people; it is just a few of us here making sure things go okay for the folks looking to move into the area. The office isn't anything special to look at, just some chairs and a table where we can sit down and talk through the paperwork. It gets a bit dusty around here when the wind picks up, but that is just Sector 37 for you. We know the neighbors and the other shop owners around the courier place. If you come by, you will probably see us on the phone or looking at the local listings. We have been around this phase for long enough to know which roads get flooded when it rains and where the best spots are. We just keep things moving and help people find what they need without a lot of fuss.
