Rites Ltd

Rites Ltd has this spot at House No 12 in Kaniska Residency, Sector 35. Faridabad can be a bit spread out, but this area is mostly houses and small offices. Our building is pretty standard for the neighborhood. Inside, we have set up the main living area as the workspace with several desks. It is not a place for fancy meetings; it’s where we sit and handle the daily grind. We have a lot of folders stacked up on the shelves, and there is usually a printer humming in the background. The air conditioner works okay, but on the really hot days, we still feel the Haryana heat coming through the walls. We don't have a big sign outside, so people usually have to look for the house number. Most of the staff here have been around for a long time, so we know how everything works and where every document is buried. We take our tea breaks together in the small kitchen area. It is a very simple way of working. There are no big speeches or complicated rules, just a list of things to finish by the end of the week. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down when we are leaving in the evening. It is a humble office, but it serves us well for what we need to do every single day without any unnecessary fuss.
