We’ve been working out of this spot in Faridabad for some time now. It’s a busy colony and there is always something going on in the street outside. Our work involves both gems and different types of metals. Gali No-3 isn't very wide, so it’s mostly foot traffic and the occasional bike passing by. We have our setup inside the B-702 building. It’s where we do all the sorting and the cleaning. We aren't a big factory or a fancy showroom. It’s more of a practical workspace where the real work happens. Sometimes the lights flicker when the weather gets bad, but we just keep going. We handle the orders as they come in. Most of the time, we are just sitting at our benches working with the materials. It gets a bit loud with the sounds of the neighborhood, but we are used to it by now. We handle everything ourselves, from the bookkeeping to moving the boxes. Subhash Colony is a good place for a business like ours because everything is close by. We don't have a lot of staff, just a few people who know how to handle the metal and the stones. We stay open pretty late most nights of the week.
