D. Vaibhav Ratna Exports Pvt. Ltd.

We operate out of Shop No. 37, 38, and 39 in the Om Shubham Tower. It’s located on Neelam Bata Road in the Nit area. D. Vaibhav Ratna Exports Pvt. Ltd. takes up those three units, so we have a bit of room to move around. It’s not a fancy corporate headquarters, just a set of shops where we handle all our exporting work. Neelam Bata Road can get pretty hectic with traffic and people, but once you’re inside the tower, it’s easier to get things done. We spend a lot of time on paperwork and checking the ratna pieces before they go out. It’s a lot of routine, but we don’t mind. We aren't here to make big promises or use fancy language. We just manage the exports and make sure the items are handled right. There are a few of us working here, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the place. Sometimes the air conditioning in the tower acts up, but we just keep going anyway. It’s a practical location for a business like ours. Being in Nit makes it easy for us to coordinate everything we need to do. We’ve been in these shops for a while and they feel like a second home to the staff. Just a regular day-to-day operation that keeps us coming back every morning to do it all over again.
