If you are looking for B 7 in the Nehru Ground area of Faridabad N I T, that is where we are. Ranit Estate Agency has been based here for quite some time now. The area is always bustling, especially near the ground when there is something going on. Our office is a small place, nothing too special to look at from the outside. We have a couple of desks and some chairs for when people come in to talk about property. It is usually just one or two of us around, unless we are out at a site showing someone a house or a piece of land. The phone rings a lot, which is good I guess, but it can get a bit loud. We try to keep the paperwork organized, but there is always a pile of files somewhere that needs sorting out. It is a local business, through and through. We know the streets around here pretty well since we spend so much time walking or driving through them. The tea guy comes around twice a day, and that is usually when we take a short break. It is not a corporate office with fancy glass walls. It is just a practical space where we can meet people and get the job done. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded if more than three people show up at once, but we make it work. It feels like home after all these years.
