Ramprakash General Store

Ramprakash General Store has been here on Tilpat Road for a while now. We are right in Sector 37 of Faridabad, just a short walk from the Shiv Mandir. It is a busy area especially in the mornings when people come for prayers. I usually open the shutters early because that is when people need their milk and bread. The shop is small but we keep most things people need for their kitchens like pulses, soap, and tea leaves. Sometimes the dust from the road gets inside, so there is always some cleaning to do. Our location is easy to find if you know where the temple is. Neighbors stop by to talk about the weather or local news while they wait for their change. It is not a fancy place, just a regular shop with wooden shelves. We get a lot of kids coming in for small candies or chips after school. In the evenings, the street lights come on and it gets quite crowded with commuters coming back home. I try to keep everything organized but sometimes things get a bit messy when a big delivery arrives. Being in 121001 area means we see the same faces every single day. We know most of our customers by name and what they usually buy without them even asking. That is just how it is here in this part of Faridabad. We just stay open until late evening and then head home ourselves. It is a simple life but it keeps us busy and connected to the people around here.
