Rama Kripa Estates

Our place is Shop No 121 in the Huda Shopping Complex over in Sector 31. We’re quite close to Pristine Mall, which makes us easy to find if you're out that way. It’s a busy area with lots of shoppers and cars constantly moving about. We’ve been working out of this shop for a while now. The estate business keeps us on our toes. We spend a lot of time looking at floor plans and driving around the sector. It’s not all sitting in an office. We get out quite a bit to see properties in person. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a few computers and a lot of paper folders. It can get a bit messy during the busy season. Rama Kripa Estates doesn't worry too much about having the perfect decor. We’d rather focus on making sure the paperwork for a sale is actually correct. Sometimes the mall traffic makes it hard to find parking, but we’re used to it by now. We see all kinds of people, from young couples looking for their first home to older folks downsizing. We just talk to them normally. No big sales pitches here. We just show what’s available and let them decide what works for their family. It’s a steady way to make a living, and we like being part of the Sector 31 community. We aren't fancy, just hard-working people doing our best.
