Our place is Rajkumar Property Dealers and we are situated out in the Village At Post Laglna area. The address has some messy characters in the records like Ã�‚�ÂŽIncalep, but we are basically right at Part 2 near Subhash Chowk. If you are opposite Dakha Sector 55 or near the Lichchavi Mandir, you are pretty close to where we work. It’s a more rural feeling area compared to the main city center, which we actually quite like. We spend a lot of time outside or just sitting near the entrance of our office. Being near the mandir means it’s a peaceful enough spot most mornings. We deal with land and houses around this part of the village and the nearby sector. It’s not a polished operation with uniforms or fancy slogans. We just know the people around here and which plots of land are being talked about. Usually, we just sit and have tea while waiting for someone to stop by. We have been part of this community for a long time. People come to us because we are right here in the neighborhood and they know where to find us. It’s just honest work, looking at property and talking to folks about what they need. We are just local people doing a local job. We don't try to be anything else.
