Our place is located at B-74 in Phase 2 of the Okhla Industrial Estate. It’s an industrial area, so there’s always trucks moving around and the sound of machines in the distance. We handle property stuff from this office, mostly focusing on the industrial and commercial side of things since that's what's all around us. It isn't a glamorous neighborhood, but it’s where the work happens. The office itself is pretty plain. We have some desks, some chairs, and a lot of folders full of site plans. We’ve been in Okhla for a while, so we’re used to the dust and the busy pace of the estate. People come to us when they need a warehouse or a factory space, and we do our best to find something that fits. It’s a lot of walking around and checking out old buildings. Some days we spend more time in our cars than in the office. Raj Mahal Properties isn't about flashy signs or big promises. We just know the streets of Phase 2 really well. If a space opens up, we usually hear about it pretty quickly. We work with a lot of small business owners who are just trying to get their own shops or workshops started. It feels good to help someone find a spot where they can finally start their business properly. It’s a grind sometimes, but that’s just life in an industrial estate like this one.
