Rahul Provison General Store

Rahul Provison General Store is located in the Jawahar Nagar Camp area of Palwal. It’s a basic shop where we stock all the usual things like soap, flour, lentils, and snacks. My name is on the sign, and I’m usually the one you’ll see behind the counter from morning until late at night. The shop is packed with crates and boxes because I try to keep a bit of everything so people don't have to go far. It can be a bit hard to move around in here when we get a big shipment in. Palwal is a busy town, and our spot in the camp gets a lot of foot traffic. I don't use any computers for the billing; I just use a notebook and a pen. It’s faster that way for me. I’ve lived in this area my whole life, so I know almost everyone who walks through the door. We talk about the weather or the local news while I bag their items. Sometimes the kids come in for a single piece of candy after school. The shelves are a bit old and maybe need a new coat of paint, but they hold the weight just fine. I don’t have a big team helping me, just a cousin who comes in during the busy evening hours. We just focus on keeping the stock fresh and making sure we don't run out of the essentials that the neighbors need. It is a simple life.
