Rachit Properties is situated right in Dundahera, just opposite the Hanuman Mandir on Shankar Chowk Road. If you know the area, you know that temple is a big landmark, so we are easy to find. Our office is a simple setup where we handle all kinds of property matters for the local community. Being on Shankar Chowk Road means it’s always busy with cars and people, but it’s a good location for a real estate office. We spend a lot of time talking to folks who are looking for a place to rent or maybe a small plot of land nearby. It’s a very hands-on job. We don’t have a massive team; it’s just a few of us who know the Dundahera area inside and out. We try to keep things grounded and just talk to people like they are our neighbors, because usually, they are. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when a few people stop by at once, but we manage. We aren’t interested in sounding corporate. We just want to get the job done and help people find what they are looking for without too much fuss. There is always a lot of paperwork with property, so we spend our afternoons sorting through that and making sure everything is in order for the next day. It’s a noisy street, and the dust from the road gets in everywhere, but we’ve been here long enough that it doesn't bother us much anymore.
