We have been at Plot No 954 for a while now. It’s right near Cyber Park in Sector 40, which is also quite close to Huda City Center. Being in this part of town means there is always something happening around us. The traffic can be a real headache during the morning rush hour, but that is just part of living and working in this area. We spend most of our mornings just catching up on paperwork and answering calls from people looking for places nearby. It is not a big fancy office, just a desk and a few chairs where we sit and talk about what is available in the market. Sometimes the air conditioner makes a weird noise, but it keeps us cool enough when the sun is beating down on the sector. We know the streets around here pretty well by now. If you are looking for the place, just head toward the Cyber Park area and look for the plot number. We usually have the door open unless it's really dusty outside. Most people just walk in after seeing the board. We do not really do the whole corporate thing with suits and big presentations. It is mostly just us trying to keep track of who is selling and who is buying in this part of town. It gets busy, especially on weekends when more people are out looking at properties. We try to keep things straightforward and honest with everyone who stops by our small spot here.
