We are located in Faridabad City, right near the Havells Company. If you are in the area, you probably know the spot. R R Realtors isn't a massive company with a high-rise office. We are just a local team working out of a practical space. We spend most of our time out on the field anyway, looking at plots and houses in the different sectors. Faridabad is growing so fast, it is hard to keep track sometimes. We started this because we knew the area and saw people struggling to find honest information about land prices. We don't use big words or try to confuse people with fancy contracts. We just show you what is available and tell you the price the owner wants. Sometimes the traffic near the Havells factory gets bad, so we might be five minutes late to a meeting, but we always show up. Our office has a couple of chairs and a lot of maps on the wall. We use those maps more than we use our computers, honestly. It helps to see how the city is laid out. We deal with all sorts of people, from families looking for their first home to people just looking for a bit of land. We don't have a marketing department. We just answer the phone and talk to whoever is on the other end. That's the way we’ve always done things here and we plan to keep it that way for the future.
