R K Real Resources Llp

Our office is located at NIT C-22 in Faridabad. It’s right in the middle of the 121001 area. We’ve been operating R K Real Resources from this spot for a bit. The space is practical, mostly just desks, computers, and a lot of paper files stacked up. We spend our time looking into different properties across the city. It’s a lot of walking and talking, honestly. Some days are slow and we just sit around catching up on the news, and other days we don’t even have time to eat lunch. The air conditioner in the office makes a bit of a rattling noise, but it keeps us cool during the Haryana summers. We handle a variety of real estate tasks, from checking titles to showing apartments. Most of our clients are locals who just walk in because they saw our name on the door. We don’t go in for big speeches or polished presentations. We just show what’s available on the market and explain the process as we go. It’s a bit of an old-school way of working, but it’s how we like it. The neighborhood around C-22 is pretty active, so there’s always something happening outside. We just keep the door open and wait for whoever needs help with their property stuff. Sometimes we stay late to finish the evening data entry.
