Property Portfolio

Property Portfolio is based out of C-154 in Acharya Puri. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it feels a bit more like a home than a stiff office. We’ve been at this address for a long time now. The room we use is right at the front, so we can see who is coming and going on the street. It’s a quiet lane for the most part, though the vegetable sellers come by with their carts in the mornings and make a bit of noise. Inside, it’s mostly just shelves filled with files and a couple of desks that have seen better days. We don't really do the whole corporate thing here. It’s more about sitting down with a cup of tea and going over the papers. Sometimes the printer jams and we spend half an hour trying to fix it, which is frustrating but that’s just life. We know most of the people on this block by name. It’s a comfortable place to work. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know how things run. Most of our day is spent making sure everything is in order and talking to folks who stop by. We don't use any big words or fancy pitches. We just tell people what we know and try to be helpful. It’s a simple way to spend the day at C-154.
