Property Mantra

Property Mantra is located right here in Ardee City, Sector-52. We’ve been working out of this area for quite some time now. Being in Sector-52 means we see a lot of the same faces every day. It’s a residential vibe, which we like. Our office isn't much to brag about, just a basic space where we keep our maps and folders. We spend half the day out on our scooters going from one house to another. Ardee City is big, so there is always a new project or an old house being renovated. We try to keep a mental map of what’s available. Sometimes a landlord calls us out of the blue, and we have to run over and take a look. We aren't the type to wear suits or give big presentations. Usually, we’re just in jeans or whatever is comfortable for walking around. The weather gets hot in the summer, so we do most of our viewings early or late. We don't promise anything we can't do. If a price is too high for a place, we say so. We’ve lived around here long enough to know what’s fair. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. We just help people find a spot to live or put their business. No fuss, just a lot of talking and walking through Sector-52. Most of our day is just spent making sure things get done without too much trouble.
