Property Line

7 Madangir Virat Road is where we set up shop. It’s a familiar spot for us. Property Line is basically just a few of us who grew up around here or nearby. We spent a lot of time on Virat Road before even starting this. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a door and some windows with our name on it. We spend most of our mornings checking messages and then we head out. It’s better to be on-site than sitting in a chair all day. Madangir is a busy area, so there’s always something going on outside the window. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. Some new buildings went up, others got pulled down. We just keep track of who is selling and who is looking to move in. It’s a lot of phone calls. Sometimes the phone doesn't stop ringing and other times it's quiet for hours. We don't use those big apps much; we prefer just talking to people face-to-face. If someone comes in looking for a house, we show them what we have written down in our notebooks. It’s a simple way to work, but it works for us. We know the corners and the back streets of this place. We’re usually here until late evening unless we have to meet someone across town. Just a local office doing local work on Virat Road for neighbors.
