You can find us at Shop No 734/E on the Main Road in Babarpur Shahdara. We’re quite close to Richwood Estate, which is a landmark most people in the area recognize. Being on the Main Road means we get a lot of dust and noise, but it also means we see everyone who passes by. Property Circle is basically just a few of us who have lived in Shahdara for most of our lives. We know the history of the buildings around here and who used to own what. We don't have a polished website or anything like that. Most of our work is done through talking to people on the street or over the phone. We keep track of the shops and houses that become available in Babarpur. It’s a busy place and things change fast, so we have to stay on our toes. We don't promise anything we can't do. If we don't have what you're looking for, we just say so. People seem to appreciate that honesty. We aren't trying to build an empire, just trying to keep our small shop running by helping folks find a place to stay or do business. It’s steady work and we like being right here in the middle of the neighborhood where all the action is. We know where the traffic gets bad and where the quiet pockets are near Richwood Estate.
