Property Adda

Property Adda is over at 85- B in Udyog Vihar Phase V. We are located near India Gulf, which most people around here use as a landmark to find us. Udyog Vihar is a busy industrial and business hub, so there is always a lot of movement. Our office is a straightforward space where we manage property deals for the surrounding area. We deal with both office spaces and residential spots nearby. It’s a practical office without any unnecessary decorations. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or meeting people at different locations to show them around. Since we are in Phase V, we see a lot of people working in the nearby companies. They often come to us when they need to find a place closer to their jobs. We don't have a big corporate structure. It’s just us doing the daily work of real estate. We try to stay on top of what’s available, but it can be a lot to track in such a fast-growing area. The traffic can be tough around here in the evenings, but it's a good spot to be for business. We just talk to people, show them what’s on the list, and help with the forms. It’s a regular job and we’ve been at it for some time now. We aren't looking to be huge, just to do the work well.
