This is Pro Rata The Property Expert. We are located over in Sector 37 of Gurgaon, right on the Basai Road. If you are looking for us, we are basically opposite the Gurgaon Center Bank. The office is usually a bit busy with people coming in to ask about plots or flats in the area. Gurgaon has changed a lot, and there is always some new construction happening nearby. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or out at sites showing people around. It’s not always easy because the traffic on Basai Road can be a real headache sometimes. We have a small team here. We mostly deal with buying and selling houses or helping people find a decent place to rent that fits their budget. We have some files and maps spread out on the tables to show where the different sectors are. It’s not a very fancy place, just a regular office where we can sit down and have some tea while talking about property prices. Sometimes the bank across the street gets a long line, and we see people waiting there while we work. We’ve been in this spot for some time now and know most of the people around the neighborhood. People just drop in when they see the sign. We try to keep things straightforward and tell people what we know about the land or the buildings.
