Our office is in Building No 56/9, over in Phase 3 of DLF City. We are pretty close to Neelkanth Hospital, which is a good landmark for people trying to find us for the first time. Gurgaon has grown so much lately, but our corner here stays pretty much the same. We focus on the properties right in this neighborhood. It’s a small operation. Most of the day is spent on the mobile or going through folders of local listings. We aren't into those big polished corporate presentations. We just sit down with people and talk about what they need and what they can afford. Sometimes the office is a bit quiet, and other times it’s full of people talking all at once. We know the lanes around here and which buildings are better than others. It’s not about being the biggest, it’s just about knowing the local streets and the people who live in them. We help with the usual stuff like renting out a floor or selling a plot. We have seen the city change from our window and we just keep doing our bit. Dealing with the local paperwork can be a headache sometimes, but it's what we do. We try to make sure things are clear for both the owner and the person moving in. That is really the whole story of our little business here. We just want to be helpful to the folks in DLF City.
