Popular Properties is located at 38 Ashoka Enclave in Sector 21D. It’s a quiet enough area compared to the main market roads. We are tucked away in the enclave, which is nice because it’s a bit more relaxed. The office is basically just one room where we keep all our records and the computer. Sector 21D is a place where people know each other, so we get a lot of folks just walking in to say hello or ask about the latest news in the block. Number 38 has been our base for a while. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but they hold all the maps and charts we need just fine. I like the light we get in the morning through the front door. It makes the place feel a bit more open. We don't really do much in the way of big events or anything. It is mostly just paperwork, phone calls, and drinking tea while waiting for the next person to come by. The neighbors are good people, and we often find ourselves chatting about the local garden or the parking situation more than anything else. It is a simple setup here in Ashoka Enclave. We keep things organized in our own way, even if the filing cabinet is a bit temperamental sometimes. If you find Sector 21D, just look for the 38 sign.
