Pleasant Estate

We are located over at Ugf 56 in the Sushant Vyapar Kendra. Sushant Lok is a pretty lively area, and the Vyapar Kendra always has people moving around. Pleasant Estate has been sitting in this spot for some time now. The office is a bit small, and we have got too many papers piled up on the desks, but we know where everything is. Usually, one of us is out running errands while the other stays back to handle the walk-ins. It is a lot of walking up and down the stairs. The mall area can get crowded, especially on weekends when everyone is out shopping. We try to keep things quiet inside our four walls, but you can always hear the muffled sounds of the market outside. We do not go for anything too formal. Most of the time, we are just in our regular clothes, drinking coffee and looking at listings. Sometimes the lights flicker a bit when the AC kicks in, but it is an old building, so we do not mind much. It feels like a neighborhood spot. We see the same faces every day, from the tea seller to the shop owners next door. We do our work, manage the properties, and try to keep our clients satisfied without making a big production out of it. It is a straightforward life here in the Kendra. We just show up every morning and see what the day brings us.
