Pleasant Estate Agency

Our place is located at Ugf- 86-87 in Sushant Vyapar Kendra, right in Sushant Lok Phase I. It is a bit of a maze in here if you are not used to the building. We have got a couple of units knocked together to make a little more room for Pleasant Estate Agency. There is always a stack of files that needs filing and a phone that won't stop ringing at the wrong time. We have been working out of this spot for a while, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy to worry about that. Being in Phase I means we see a lot of the older residents who have lived here for decades. They stop by just to chat sometimes. We do not have a receptionist in a suit or anything like that. You just walk in and talk to whoever is sitting at the front desk. It is a bit cluttered, but it feels lived in. We spend our mornings checking emails and our afternoons out on the road looking at different spots. Sometimes we forget to lock the back door, but the neighbors always watch out for us. It is a local business through and through. We know which shops have the best snacks and which ones to avoid. We just handle the real estate things as they come and try to keep things moving. It's just us doing our daily jobs.
