Perfect Estate Agency

We are based in J 1/37 in DLF City Phase II, specifically in the Bougain Village area. It is a nice part of Gurgaon, with a bit of greenery around that you don't always find elsewhere. We have been running this estate agency for a while, and we’ve seen Phase II grow into what it is today. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle the buying, selling, and renting of homes around here. It’s a lot of talking to people and walking them through different houses. We spend a good chunk of our day on the phone, trying to match up what someone wants with what is actually on the market. Bougain Village has a specific feel to it, and we like being part of that local scene. We aren't a big corporate chain, just a local agency that knows the streets of DLF quite well. Sometimes the summer heat makes it tough to be out looking at properties all day, but we keep going. We have built up a lot of local knowledge over the years just by being here and doing the work. You won't find us using a lot of big talk; we just show the places and let the houses speak for themselves. It is a busy life, but we enjoy the variety of people we meet and the chance to stay active in the neighborhood. We just try to keep things moving.
