Pepper Designs

We are based out of Manglam Apartments in Faridabad. It is a residential area, so it is a bit quieter than the main markets in Haryana. We have been doing design work here for a while. It is not a big corporate studio with interns and espresso machines. It is mostly just us working at our desks, surrounded by sketches and half-finished projects. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, which is just how things go in Faridabad sometimes. We like being in a place like this because it feels more like a community. You see the same people every day in the hallways. Our office is not hard to find once you get into the building. We do a lot of different things, from drawing up plans to figuring out how things should look. It is not always pretty—sometimes there are disagreements about colors or layouts—but we get through it. We are not interested in being the biggest name out there. We just want to do work that looks right and makes sense for whoever we are helping. Most of our clients come to us because they heard about us from someone else in the building or the neighborhood. We do not do much advertising. We just sit here in our corner of Haryana and keep at it every day, hoping the work speaks for itself at the end.
