We are located at 663/12 in Jawahar Colony, over in N.I.T Faridabad. It’s a pretty standard spot in Haryana, and we’ve made it our home for the merchandising side of things. The building has seen better days, but it works for what we need. We spend most of our time dealing with stock and making sure things get sent out to where they need to go. There’s always boxes piled up near the entrance and someone is usually checking a list on a clipboard. It gets pretty hot in the summer, so we have a few old fans running all day to keep the air moving. Dealing with merchandise means there’s a lot of counting and checking, which can get a bit tedious, but we have a good rhythm going now. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they’ve been coming to this part of Faridabad for years. The street outside can get pretty jammed with rickshaws and delivery bikes, especially in the afternoons. We try to keep things simple and just focus on getting the orders right. It’s a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything, whether it’s answering the door or packing up a shipment. We just keep at it, day in and day out, without making much of a fuss.
