Pawan Hospital

This hospital is located in Samaypur Village, over in the Ballabgarh area near Sector 56. It’s a bit of a stretch to get here if you aren’t from around Gujjar Nangla, but the locals know the way. We started this place because people shouldn't have to travel all the way into the main city for every little health issue. The building isn't the newest thing you’ve ever seen, but we keep it functional. There are beds for people who need to stay over and a small area where we handle emergencies. It’s usually pretty quiet in the afternoons, but things pick up when the shift changes at the nearby factories. We’ve got some staff who live right here in the village, so they don’t have far to commute. The road outside can get a bit dusty in the summer months. We try to keep the floors scrubbed down as much as possible. It isn't a huge facility with thousands of machines, but we have the basics. If someone comes in feeling rough, we do what we can to figure it out. Sometimes we have to refer people to the bigger city hospitals if it’s something really complicated. Life in Ballabgarh moves at its own pace, and we just try to keep up with what the community needs. It's a lot of work keeping a hospital running in a village setting, but we’re here every day to help out.
