Parveen Bajaj

The place where we work is located at H.No.605 in Sector 10, Faridabad. It is a straightforward setup in a residential area, which makes it feel a bit more relaxed than a typical business district. We have been here for some time now and most people in the neighborhood know us by sight even if they don't know exactly what we are doing every minute. We don't have any big signs or bright lights outside. It is just a house that we use for our operations. Most days it is quiet enough to focus, though you get the usual sounds of the street and kids playing nearby. We keep our things organized in a way that makes sense to us, even if it might look a bit messy to someone else walking in. There is no corporate manual here or anything like that. We just handle things as they arrive. Parveen Bajaj is the name on the door and we just try to be honest about how we run things. Sometimes we stay late when there is a lot to do, and other days we finish up early. It is a small team and we don't have many layers of management. We just talk across the desks and get it done.
