Parashar Pandey Associates

Our office is tucked away in the 64 Badkhal Sector 21C Market area. Parashar Pandey Associates has been around this market for a good bit of time. It's a small place, nothing too special to look at, but it gets the job done when we're sitting down to go over documents. The market is always loud, so we usually have tea while we discuss things. We help people with buying and selling plots and houses nearby. Most of the people who come to us are just locals who want to move to a slightly bigger place or sell an old family property. We aren't some big corporate firm with a receptionist. Usually, it's just one of us answering the phone or showing someone a house in Sector 21C. We know which parts of the sector get water issues and which ones are quieter at night. We try to be honest because we have to see these same people at the grocery store later. Dealing with property is stressful for most folks, so we try not to add to that. Sometimes we are out on site visits, so the office might be locked for an hour, but we're usually around. We don't use fancy brochures or anything. Just our knowledge of the local streets and a lot of patience with the legal paperwork involved in these things.
