Panasonic Brandshop

Our shop is located at J-134, right on the 9X10 Dividing Road in Sector 10, DLF. It’s a pretty easy spot to find if you’re in the area. We’ve been operating this Panasonic Brandshop for a while now. The space is mostly filled with home appliances like fridges, microwaves, and air conditioners. It’s not a fancy showroom with marble floors or anything like that. It’s just a practical place where people come to see what they’re buying before they take it home. We spend a lot of our time unboxing units and checking for any dents from the shipping process. The office part is just a small desk in the corner where we keep the ledgers and the phone. It gets a bit cramped when we have a few customers in at once, but we manage just fine. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone telling us what to say. We just know the products and we tell people the truth about what they do and how they work. Some days the delivery truck is late and we have to call everyone to apologize. That’s just life in retail. We live around here too, so we see our customers at the market or the park sometimes. It makes the work feel a bit more personal when you know the people coming in. We keep things simple and don't try to be something we aren't. It's just a shop where you can get your home stuff.
