Our place is located in Jawahar Colony, which is a busy part of the NIT area in Faridabad. We are at 129/20A, and it is pretty easy to spot if you are familiar with the neighborhood. It is a typical local service center where we handle all sorts of mobile issues. The street outside is usually full of bikes and people going about their business. Inside the shop, things are a bit more organized, though we always have stacks of paperwork and parts boxes laying around. We have been here for a while, so many of the shopkeepers nearby know us. It’s not a corporate office with glass walls; it’s just a regular shop with a counter and some stools. We open up early and usually stay until the market starts to close down. Some days are slow, and we just sit and wait for someone to come in with a broken screen. Other days, everyone seems to have a problem at once. We don't use any fancy systems to track things, just a logbook and our own memory. It is a simple way of doing business that works for this part of Faridabad. People come in, tell us what’s wrong with their phone, and we see what we can do. There is no pressure and no big sales talk. Just a local spot for tech help. We keep at it every day because that is what we know.
