Painter A One Art

Our shop is number 959 on the main YMCA Road. We are right by the Sector 7-10 Chowk, so there is always a lot of noise and people moving about in Sector 10. Painter A One Art is not a big corporate office. It is a working art and painting shop. We have brushes in jars and paint tins everywhere. Sometimes the floor has a few drips on it, but that is what happens when you spend all day painting. We handle all kinds of requests, mostly stuff that needs a steady hand and some color. The intersection outside is usually jammed with cars, which makes it easy for people to see our sign while they are waiting for the light to change. We have been at this location for a long time. We know most of the other shop owners around the chowk. We don't have a fancy website. We just open up in the morning, check what needs to be painted, and start working. It is a regular job for us. Some days are hot and the paint dries too fast, other days it's just right. When it rains, the water splashes up from the chowk and we have to move some of the canvases further back so they don't get damp. It’s just one of those things you deal with when your shop is right on the main road like this.
