Being in the Housing Board Colony means we are in a more residential-feeling area, which we quite like. It is a bit quieter than being right on the main industrial strips. We are engineers, so our minds are usually on technical things and fixing problems. We have some tools and equipment scattered around, and the office is usually a bit cluttered with blueprints and parts. It is a working space, not a showroom. We have been here in Faridabad for a long time. We know the local suppliers and the other businesses around the colony. We do not have a big HR department or a PR team. It is mostly just us doing the engineering work that comes our way. Some days we are out on sites, and other days we are stuck at our desks in H. No. 267. We do not use big buzzwords. We just talk about machines and how to make them work better. People in the area know us as the guys who know their way around an engine or a technical drawing. We just want to do our jobs and stay out of trouble. It is a simple life, focused on engineering and living here in Haryana. Our desks are covered in coffee rings and scraps of paper with calculations on them. It is not the neatest place, but it is where the real work happens. We just answer the phone when it rings. We have been in this colony long enough that we feel like part of the furniture.
