Om Sai Properties

You can find us over at Villa No. 6, Block No. 4 in Eros Garden. It is a nice enough spot on the ground floor. Being in Charmwood Village, things are a bit different than the crowded city parts. Surajkund has its own vibe, and we have been working out of this villa for some time now. It feels more like a home than an office, which I think people like. They come in, sit down, and we talk about whatever they are looking for in the area. The garden area around here is pretty, and it stays a bit cooler than the main roads. We mostly handle stuff around Eros Garden and the nearby blocks. People know us by name, and we know them. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. It is just us answering the phone and showing people around the houses. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than we want, but that is just part of the job. We see a lot of people moving in from the busier parts of the city because they want the quiet here. We just show them what is available and tell them the truth about the plumbing or the neighbors. It is simple work, really. Just helping folks find a roof over their heads without too much fuss. It is a quiet life compared to the city, and we prefer it that way.
